These Terms of Service govern your use of the Blytheful Living website and the services you book with us. Blytheful Living is based in Wenatchee, Washington, and provides online services.

Please review these Terms before booking. Any additional service agreement or policy disclosed and accepted at booking also applies.

Our Services

Blytheful Living provides lifestyle and well-being guidance, beauty and home-related education, and guided practices such as yoga nidra and somatic movement.

Each service’s description, duration, price, and format are provided before booking. The complimentary Discovery Conversation offers an opportunity to discuss your interests and whether working together is a suitable fit.

Scope of Services

Our services provide education, guidance, and personal support. They do not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, or emergency care.

Information shared through our website or sessions does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not discontinue prescribed treatment or delay seeking professional care based on our services.

Individual experiences vary. We do not guarantee specific results.

Booking and Payment

Appointments and payments are managed through Square.

Review your selected service, appointment time, time zone, price, and payment requirements before confirming your booking. Payment is due according to the terms displayed at checkout or on your invoice.

Future prices may change. Changes will not affect an already confirmed purchase unless you agree.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Any cancellation deadline, rescheduling condition, no-show fee, refund restriction, or package expiration must be disclosed before purchase.

The policy presented and accepted at booking applies to your appointment. These Terms do not independently authorize an undisclosed cancellation fee or make a purchase nonrefundable.

To request a cancellation, rescheduling, or refund, use the options in your booking confirmation or email blythefulliving@gmail.com.

If Blytheful Living cancels a session, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund for the canceled service. Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable law.

Online Sessions

You are responsible for having a suitable device, reliable internet access, and an appropriate space for your session.

Join at your scheduled time. A late arrival may reduce the time available because the appointment may still need to end at its original scheduled time.

If technical difficulties interrupt a session, contact us promptly so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.

Participation and Personal Responsibility

Participation in guided practices is voluntary. You may request a modification, decline an activity, or stop at any time.

Choose a safe space for movement or relaxation. Do not participate in yoga nidra or other relaxation practices while driving or operating equipment.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate before participating. Communicate relevant limitations or accommodation needs through the intake process designated for your service.

Respectful Conduct

We expect respectful communication and behavior. We may end a session or decline future services because of harassment, threats, inappropriate conduct, or unsafe behavior.

Any payment or refund decision will follow the policy disclosed at purchase and applicable law.

Recording and Privacy

You may not record, photograph, distribute, or publicly share a private session without prior permission from everyone involved.

Blytheful Living will obtain your permission before recording a private session.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Website and Service Materials

Website text, branding, images, recordings, and educational materials belong to Blytheful Living or their respective owners.

Materials provided during a service are for your personal, noncommercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or use them to deliver your own services without permission.

Third-Party Platforms

We use third-party platforms, including Square, to support bookings and payments. These providers have their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control third-party platform availability, but remain responsible for our own obligations to you.

Website Availability and Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Blytheful Living is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Applicable Law and Concerns

These Terms are governed by Washington State law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates apply prospectively and do not retroactively change a confirmed purchase without your agreement.
