About Blytheful Living
Meet Blythe
For most of my life, well-being has been my world.
I started my career in beauty, working as a makeup artist and spending countless hours face-to-face with women. That eventually led me deeper into wellness—nutrition, digestive health, cleansing, fasting retreats, healthy homes and, over the years, just about every conversation imaginable about how to feel better.
My path hasn’t exactly been linear. But there has always been a common thread: a deep curiosity about how we live, how we feel, and what genuinely supports us.
For decades, I’ve immersed myself in that question—professionally and personally. I’ve studied, experimented, learned, questioned, changed my mind, tried things that helped enormously and others that eventually had me wondering, Why am I even doing this?
I’ve been both the practitioner and the woman wondering, Is there something else I should be doing?
After decades of working one-on-one with women through beauty and wellness, I began noticing how often the conversation had shifted from How do I feel? to What else should I be doing?
We have more information than ever. More experts. More supplements. More protocols. More products. More things to track, optimize, eliminate and improve.
And yet, we aren’t necessarily feeling better.
In fact, for many of us, well-being has quietly become one more thing to manage.
That realization changed the questions I was asking.
Instead of What else can I add? I became much more interested in What actually belongs here?
What genuinely nourishes me?
What am I doing because it supports the life I want—and what am I doing because I’ve gotten caught on the wellness hamster wheel?
And perhaps most importantly: What if feeling better isn’t about adding more?
Over time, my idea of well-being has become much more expansive.
It’s not only what we eat, what supplements we take or what happens inside our bodies.
It’s the spaces we live in. The way we move. How deeply we rest. The beauty we surround ourselves with. The people we spend time with. The rituals that restore us. The things that bring us pleasure, curiosity and a sense of being fully alive.
Because beauty, to me, isn’t frivolous. A beautiful space, a nourishing meal, feeling good in your own skin, a moment of pleasure in an ordinary day—these things matter. They are part of how we experience our lives.
Beauty. Home. Well-being.
How it feels to inhabit your life.
That’s Blytheful Living.
It isn’t a new wellness system or another prescription for how you should live.
It’s an invitation to become more discerning about what belongs in your life—and what doesn’t.
To create a little more space between all the information coming at you and what you actually know to be true for yourself.
Because well-being isn’t something to achieve. It’s something that supports you in living your life.
